Thái độ, chuẩn mực cá nhân, dự định và hành vi sexting: Khảo sát trên học sinh THCS và sinh viên đại học

Trần Thành Nam, Nguyễn Thị Minh Phú

Abstract

Attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral intentions, and sexting behaviors: Investigation in secondary school pupils and undergraduate students

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to assess attitudes toward sexting, subjective norms toward sexting, behavioral intentions, and sexting behaviors (i.e. sending, posting, or sharing/forwarding sexually suggestive messages, nude/semi-nude pictures/videos, or both) among secondary school pupils and undergraduate students and also to investigate the relationships among these variables. Results of this study showed statistically significant differences in sexting behaviors between students and pupils; between male and female. The prevalence estimate of participant's sexting was found to be 15%. Also, attitudes toward sexting, subjective norms toward sexting, and sexting behavioral intentions were found to predict lifetime and current sexting behaviors, with behavioral intentions as the strongest predictor sexting behaviors.

Keywords: Sexting; student; secondary school pupil; attitudes; subjective norms; behavioral intention.
