Quản trị thông tin và chuyên gia thông tin trong nền kinh tế tri thức

Abstract


Bài viết khái quát đặc trưng cơ bản của nền kinh tế tri thức, qua đó nhấn mạnh đến vai trò của quản trị thông tin trong kỷ nguyên kinh tế tri thức. Phân tích nội hàm của quản trị thông tin và xác định nhu cầu về nhân lực quản trị thông tin. Trên cơ sở xác định vai trò và nhiệm của chuyên gia thông tin, các nhóm kiến thức và kỹ năng cơ bản dành cho nhân lực này đã được xác định. Dựa trên đánh giá tình hình đào tạo quản trị thông tin ở Việt Nam, một số đề xuất đã được đưa ra nhằm phát triển các chương trình đào tạo về quản trị thông tin.
