Huy động nguồn lực tài chính của Singapore và Hàn Quốc giai đoạn 1961-1979: Một tiếp cận so sánh
Abstract
Với các chính sách tăng trưởng thần kỳ, các "Con rồng Đông Á" luôn nhận được sự quan tâm đặc biệt của giới nghiên cứu thế giới. Trong đó, nguồn lực phát triển của Singapore và Hàn Quốc có những điểm tương đồng cùng nhiều sự khác biệt căn bản, đặc biệt trong giai đoạn 1961-1979. Bài viết sử dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu kinh tế phát triển như phương pháp lịch sử - lôgic, phương pháp so sánh, v.v. để làm nổi bật các vấn đề nghiên cứu. Cụ thể, bài viết hướng tới mục tiêu tìm hiểu, phân tích một cách hệ thống về (i) nhu cầu nguồn lực tài chính đối với chiến lược phát triển kinh tế, (ii) cách thức huy động nguồn lực tài chính của Singapore và Hàn Quốc giai đoạn 1961-1979.
