Trải nghiệm bị lạm dụng thời thơ ấu và biểu hiện trầm cảm ở học sinh trung học phổ thông: Một nghiên cứu cắt ngang
Abstract
Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu mối quan hệ giữa trải nghiệm bị lạm dụng thời thơ ấu và trầm cảm ở học sinh trung học phổ thông. Có 586 học sinh ở 4 trường trung học phổ thông tại Bắc Giang, độ tuổi trung bình là 16,02 (SD = 0,87) đã hoàn thành bảng hỏi ngắn về trải nghiệm lạm dụng thời thơ ấu (ACE-ASF) và bảng kiểm kê trầm cảm trẻ (CDI). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 328 học sinh (chiếm 56,0%) từng trải qua lạm dụng, trong đó trải nghiệm bị lạm dụng cảm xúc nhiều nhất (44,7%) và ít nhất là bị lạm dụng tình dục (8,0%), học sinh nữ trải qua bị lạm dụng cảm xúc nhiều hơn học sinh nam (p < 0,01). Các hình thức trải nghiệm bị lạm dụng thời thơ ấu có tương quan thuận ở mức thấp đến trung bình với biểu hiện trầm cảm ở học sinh. Một số khuyến nghị cho công tác thực hành và nghiên cứu được thảo luận.
