Tính duy lý và quy ước xã hội: nghiên cứu hành động tập thể ở một làng Bắc Bộ phi nông nghiệp

Abstract


Bài viết đề cập đến những vấn đề xung quanh hành động tập thể mới diễn ra ở một ngôi làng đang trong quá trình chuyển đổi sinh kế tại khu vực ngoại thành Hà Nội. Hành động tập thể này liên quan đến một dự án chuyển đổi mục đích sử dụng đất công của làng được người dân nơi đây định danh là dự án “phá trường xây chợ”. Những tư liệu điền dã thu thập được trong quá trình nghiên cứu cho thấy đã có sự tồn tại những thái độ, quan điểm và mục đích khác nhau trong việc người làng tham gia vào hành động tập thể ấy. Điều này mang một ý nghĩa học thuật trong bối cảnh có sự tranh luận giữa nhiều luồng quan điểm về tính chất của làng xã châu Á. Tập trung vào những con người vừa có sự tính toán duy lý, lại vừa hướng đến việc đáp ứng các quy ước ứng xử của làng xã, bài viết chỉ ra tính đa chiều trong hành vi của họ và vai trò/ ảnh hưởng của thiết chế làng xã trong một xã hội được xem là hiện đại.
