Nghiên cứu Delphi: một số nội dung cơ bản

Abstract


Delphi không phải là một khái niệm mới đối với các nhà nghiên cứu khoa học xã hội trên thế giới. Trong lịch sử gần bảy thập kỷ qua, mặc dù còn một số khiếm khuyết, thiết kế nghiên cứu Delphi đã và đang được sử dụng khá phổ biến trong nhiều lĩnh vực như khoa học chính trị, xã hội, y tế, sức khoẻ, môi trường… và đã chứng tỏ sự hữu ích trong các nghiên cứu mang tính dự đoán, kiểm tra, đánh giá hay tìm kiếm sự đồng thuận về kiến thức, kinh nghiệm và quan điểm của người tham gia nghiên cứu về một vấn đề cụ thể nào đó. Trên cơ sở tổng thuật, phân tích một số công trình nghiên cứu tiêu biểu có liên quan, bài viết này hệ thống hoá một số thảo luận quan trọng liên quan đến định nghĩa, đặc điểm, cách phân loại và các bước cần thiết để thiết kế và tiến hành một nghiên cứu Delphi trên thực tế.
